The fact that throughout the entire episode, Arizona was coughing up blood, with her leg bone sticking out of her leg, and no-one paid any kind of attention. Fair enough, she didn’t say anything about it, but still, Cristina should have noticed when she went to do Arizona’s leg. And more time should have been spent with/on Lexie. She went out far too quickly. /rant
